For me, this is a straightforward way to monitor the power supply's health and it looks pretty cool too. I run my power supply at 14.1 volts to heat the bed more quickly. The module fits snugly into the holder via a press fit. If your machine is well-calibrated, the module will slide in with very light pressure, requiring no further action.
