I frequently print with ABS, a material that necessitates a warm print chamber to prevent delamination and warping. To achieve this, I've discovered that heating the chamber to at least 45C is effective. However, determining when it's reached 45C can be challenging. To solve this issue, I ordered a digital thermometer module from Amazon for $6 and then shortened the cable to the thermistor. I designed two distinct mounts, one of which I printed and utilized. The attachment process involves sticking the mount to my printer using magnetic tape, although velcro tape or screws can also be employed. My prints are typically created with 0.25 mm layers, a 20% infill rate, and no brim or raft.
