Digital Thermometer housing with a AAA Battery

I purchased a housing/box for my thermometer/hydrometer from AliExpress, but it needed some modifications to work properly. The battery-lid required additional support, while the rest of the components didn't need any adjustments. To address this issue, I used replacement battery spring contact plates, measuring 14.5x9mm, also sourced from AliExpress. Alternatively, you can use a piece of wire as a makeshift contact plate for the battery. I created this setup to improve temperature readings in my Cessna 182TRG aircraft, particularly when flying at various altitudes. The temperature is measured through an air intake on the wing of the plane.
