Radiation limits in EPA models are based on Reference Man's organ sizes. He is 20-30 years old, weighs 70 kg, stands at 170 cm tall, and lives in a climate with temperatures between 10°C and 20°C. This individual is Caucasian and of Western European or North American descent. Other populations, such as different races, genders, ages, and sexes, are also vulnerable under this environmental law. The digital models presented here were created by animating child meshes to grow rapidly in order to encompass these organs and thus become protected. The digital stretch marks that appear on the models reveal the harsh realities of a modeling process rooted in a white patriarchal system. Bodies are transformed into topologies and landscapes, symbolizing conquest and exclusivity in the name of universal scientific progress. Bodies function as masks for their own protection, serving as reminders of past experiences and embodying hybridity as a means to move forward while embracing the past. This is an integral part of my sculptural installation, Golden Hour Bodies.
