Recently I discovered a compact mosfet module called "Little Driver" by Digital Sqrt, designed to switch high current bed heater remotes from motherboards with an advantage of direct connection to main power supplies without loading main boards, thus preventing transient pulse problems on the main board. The shorter wire runs and low impedance of the switch allow more power delivery to beds, causing them to heat faster. The module is significantly more compact than similar modules from China, as shown in one of the enclosed pictures comparing this enclosure with a Chinese module enclosure I designed. I have created an enclosure to house the "Little Driver" PCB which incorporates a 30mm x 10mm box fan (see picture) that blows air directly onto the mosfet chip. I prefer using 3M metal threads secured into housing by pull rivet nuts (see picture), which I press fit into molded holes. The design mounts directly to the "2020" extruded rails making up most Kossel delta printer bases using M4x10 screws and M4 hammer T nuts, or any flat surface with suitable M4 or #6 hardware. Mounting holes are on a 40mm x 60mm rectangular pattern; if you need a slightly different pattern to fit existing holes, please let me know through the comment section. The "Little Driver" module is available from Digital Sqrt (digital-sqrt.com) and its board is very well documented on their website. All other components are obtainable from AliExpress.
