I paid my kid with donuts to create this design for me because I need an alternative stand-off design that will really catch some attention, something that'll grab people's eyes the moment they lay their hands on this Carbon Micro-H frame. That's why I approached my kid with a proposition - pay him in donuts if he creates this new and improved stand-off for my carbon-based project: http://micro-motor-warehouse.com/products/carbon-micro-h The original POM/delrin stock stand-offs just aren't cutting it anymore, and I want something more dynamic, something that really speaks to people's hearts. So here are two design files - one of which includes a menacing gaze ;), because let's face it - that evil eye look does get attention. The first thing you'll need to do is print the semi-transparent filament version. Don't be afraid to experiment and try out different materials; this stand-off still functions as an effective spacer in most cases.
