Diffuser Pour Spout for Watering Can

I have a tiny, affordable watering can with one big hole in its spout. I appreciate its compact size but wanted something that would break down the water into smaller streams. This one has an inner diameter that narrows from 11mm to 12.5mm over a 20mm length so it fits snugly onto a spout or hose that's between 11 and 12.5mm OD. You can probably adapt it to some extent but if you enlarge it too much, the holes for the water will also get bigger.
