This diffuser fits Pentax Q's built-in pop-up flash perfectly, thanks to the auto-generated support plate from Auto Support in XYZware. You can also replicate this function in most FFF/FDM software available today. My design takes inspiration from Paul's "Lampshade Made with XYZware Support" project found on XYZprinting's community gallery at tw.gallery.xyzprinting.com/tw_zh_tw/membergallery/model/201407222117705.
