The Differential Pressure Switch NC/NO is a compact 14mm x 14mm x 7mm system equipped with standard 4.8mm x 0.5mm contacts. This versatile switch allows for various configurations, including positive pressure comparison between input A and B or negative pressure comparison. Additionally, you can connect only input A for plenum pressure or input B for vacuum operation to switch against ambient pressure on the other input. Alternatively, both inputs can be connected using the same principle. The main electrical contact is always on, while two secondary contacts can be chosen to enable NO or NC switching. Both secondary contacts can also be connected simultaneously for dual command functionality (one NO and one NC). The switch body features a cantilever that presses the diaphragm, with adjustable pressure set by a set screw. The body is made of plastic material housing metallic contacts, and the diaphragm features an elastic plastic material co-molded with a bridge contact. Assembly requires only three additional components after molding: three Faston or PCB mounting contacts, a metallic switching bridge, and two types of plastic material. The weight is approximately 4.1g (1.1g plastic, 3g metal). The switch fully complies with technical requirements, offering diaphragm-activated momentary switches in NO/NC options, efficient automation processes, differential, vacuum, and positive pressure capabilities, various electrical connection options, automated calibration, support for 8mm flexible tubing, pressure ranges of 15 to 40 Pa (low) and 30 to 160 Pa (high), and a maximum body size of 25 x 25 x 7mm. Manufacturing technologies include injection molding, stamping, assembly, insert molding, and automation, utilizing accelerating manufacturing technologies and materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness with minimal material usage.
