The Differential Pressure Switch NC/NO, measuring 14mmx14mmx7mm, works with standard contacts of 4.8mmx05mm size. It features two inputs and operates in differential pressure mode between them. You can use input A for positive pressure compared to B or vice versa, input B for negative pressure relative to A. Alternatively, you can connect only one input (A for plenum pressure or B for vacuum) to switch against ambient pressure at the other free input. Both inputs can also be connected using the same principle. The main electrical contact is always on, while secondary contacts can be chosen to be NO or NC. These can both be connected for two separate commands - one NO and one NC. The cantilever-equipped body part B presses on a diaphragm, with pressure adjustable via a set screw. Both body parts are made of plastic, housing the metallic contacts within a co-molded design. The diaphragm switching contact is an elastic plastic material with a co-molded bridge contact. Comprising three metallic contacts, one metallic switching bridge, and two types of plastic material, assembly involves just three remaining components after molding (automatic or manual). With an estimated weight of 4.1g (1.1g plastic, 3g metal), this switch is compact and versatile for various applications.
