differential gear for the RC car - with complete illustrated instructions (pdf) an instruction is included as assembly_pdf - rename file to assembly.pdf, otherwise the file cannot be read. after i had completely printed and assembled the car, i noticed that when i accelerated in a curve, the car slid over the rear axle and spun. So - must a differential on the rear axle. except for a few other screws and 2 more ball bearings, the rest is 3d printed. look at the manual and decide if you want to do the (re)build. please note that all parts must be printed from the part list, as they have been adjusted. also the part on which the motor is mounted, as the height has been changed by 0.5 mm. a cover has been added to the underside to protect the gearbox from damage. for the gear on the engine the original pin is used only with a normal nut M5. a washer is recommended. only the rims can remain original. i added my changed ones, as they are specially adapted to the tires. the foam is inserted and the tires hold without glue and do not deform. this variant is also easier to print. for the rear axle the following parts are needed, which can not be printed: M3 countersunk screws: 4x 5mm (or the screws that come with the motor); 4x 6mm; 2x 8mm; 2x 10mm; 2x 14mm; 8x 16mm; 2x 25mm ball bearing 4x MR128zz (8 x 12 x 3.5mm) examples for tires: https://aliexpress.com/item/32737032317.html https://aliexpress.com/item/1005002768347054.html please note that these are examples and are not tested for fitment. for the gears in the differential gearbox, i recommend silicone grease. https://aliexpress.com/item/1005001894457342.html have fun printing, assembling and driving! https://youtu.be/gG6kArUNop8
