This maker has been assembling a differential component for their machine. The assembly requires printing parts such as DiffBase_x1.stl, DiffCap_x1.stl, Separator_x1.stl, DriveGears_x2.stl and LooseGears_x2.stl with a 0.2mm nozzle and 0.1mm layer thickness. Additionally, two shafts of 3mm steel (or equivalent stiffness), one 30mm in length and another of arbitrary length, eight 3mm washers, and thin copper wire are needed. Instructions are attached as images, with potential need for a 3mm drill bit to adjust certain holes. The OpenSCAD script was used to generate gears with an 18mm pitch radius, 36 teeth, and circular pitch of 180.784326 somethings.
