This tool is created by markcres, the original inventor. The socket is designed specifically to match up with the plastic (or brass after-market) differential fill plugs found in the Discovery 2 vehicle model. It might also fit other Land Rover and Rover models. The socket includes a centre blade that secures into the plug and stops distortion and rounding when removing it. At its base, the socket has a square socket hole.
