A Diesel Locomotive for Your Garden Railway, Available in 32mm or 45mm Gauge. This model requires some effort to print, but it's achievable with a budget printer and proper calibration. It's essential to have support material on certain objects to ensure successful printing. You can either display the locomotive as a static model or equip it with a motor and R/C gear for your garden railroad. The locomotive is ideal for kitbashing, allowing you to create a custom design from scratch. A comprehensive PDF manual is included to guide you through the process. The models shown in the pictures were printed using 0.2mm layer height and 20% infill settings. All STL files have been thoroughly inspected with Netfabb and tested on three different printers for optimal performance. 2017-09-23: Frame_2.stl was updated to simplify printing, addressing errors that still allowed it to print successfully on most machines. The old version has been removed in favor of the new frame_2_v2.stl. 2018-04-16: A revised version of Frame_1b is now available, offering improved rigidity over the original design. While the original file remains available for use with custom chassis designs, I recommend using "Frame_1b_V2" for enhanced stability and performance.
