Diesel Injection Pump Plunger and Barrel

<p>This is a shortened Barrel and Plunger for an inline Diesel injection Pump. The Barrel is stationary and the Plunger can be rotated to adjust the injected amount of fuel.</p><p>This is - of course - non functional. The dimensions are copied off of an actual Barrel and Plunger … except for the tolarances. If you print it in 100% size, the play will be 0.1mm which is too tight for most printers. I would recommend printing it at 200% to make the play 0.2mm and use two different colors to indicate the moving and stationary part.</p><p>Enjoy.</p><p>Of course there are Plungers with two camfeded edges to control the injection timing, but this is the most common style of Plunger.</p>
