Diesel Heater Airflow Adjuster
thingiverse
This thing makes it possible for you to manually adjust the airflow into the burn chamber of your Chinese diesel heater, for example Vevor etc. It takes a couple of times to work out how you should adjust it for your particular heater. But if you have problems with the flame going out at startup, no matter the fuel, this might help you. I made this when i wanted to run E85 in my heater and needed something that would easily let me restrict airflow at the moment at which the fan revs up and puts out the flame because of too low chamber temperature. Works like a charm. I could also use this to increase the chamber temp on E85 from around 175 degrees celsius, up to about 195 degrees by restricting air flow during normal full operation, making it more efficient on alcohol fuels. I have also included the Step file if anyone wants to make any changes to the design. Just make sure to share it as a remix here for everyone to enjoy. :)
