Diesel Exhaust Fluid Re-filler

<p>This is a simple tool to allow you to re-use your empty "refill" bottle for your exhaust fluid - this allows you to use lower cost "bulk" fluid.</p> <p>This printed great with PLA, no supports needed!</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><h3>Printing and use</h3><p>I have included both a tall verison and a short version - The tall version takes longer to print, but stays on the bottle. The shorter version is identical, but being shorter - may require the use of Duct Tape to keep it on the bottle. Printing requires no supports. Print either the short or tall version, then print the "cap" parts.</p> <p>Once printed, you need an empty "blu-def" bottle - here is how I modified mine:</p> <p><ol><br/> <br/><br/> <img height="349.2" src="http://www.lockwatcher.com/galleries/images/gallery4/Photo 0.jpg" width="456.6"/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/></ol></p> <p><li>This is the style bottle that I used</li><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <img height="349.2" src="http://www.lockwatcher.com/galleries/images/gallery4/Photo 1.jpg" width="456.6"/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/></p> <p><li>Press the newly printed "bottom" onto the bottle</li><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <img height="349.2" src="http://www.lockwatcher.com/galleries/images/gallery4/Photo 2.jpg" width="456.6"/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <img height="349.2" src="http://www.lockwatcher.com/galleries/images/gallery4/Photo 3.jpg" width="456.6"/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/></p> <p><li>Using the bottom of the printed cap as a guide, drill a hole in the bottom of the bottle.</li><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <img height="349.2" src="http://www.lockwatcher.com/galleries/images/gallery4/Photo 4.jpg" width="456.6"/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <img height="349.2" src="http://www.lockwatcher.com/galleries/images/gallery4/Photo 5.jpg" width="456.6"/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/></p> <p><li>Use a hole saw to cut a hole in the bottom of the bottle.
