The sleek, streamlined J-type 327 Nubian vessel eschews offensive weaponry altogether, but boasts formidable shields and an expertly crafted hyperdrive. When Queen Amidala and her entourage escaped aboard the Royal Starship during the Trade Federation's invasion of Naboo, pilot Ric Olie skillfully navigated the ship past the enemy blockade despite damage to its hyperdrive. They made their way to Tatooine, where a replacement T-14 hyperdrive generator was obtained to get them back in service.
