Instructions Customized from the original model found on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:475250 using the Customizer app, also located at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=475250. The following options have been applied: - A 3D printed part thickness (ep) has been set to a moderate level of 1 unit. - The amount of rigidity added (rigged) is at maximum with 5 units, allowing for greater durability and resistance against stress and strain. - A value of 2.5 has been selected for extruder clearance around the perimeter of the part (ecart). - The level of rounding on internal corners and edges (arrondi) is low at a setting of 0.8. - No support structures will be created, as per default (cut), allowing the 3D printed parts to have smooth surfaces. - A high-quality surface finish has been achieved by adjusting the infill density percentage (f) to 75 percent and layer height (l) set at a low of 100 percent for maximum detail and resolution. - A fine tip radius is applied for extruder depths within this design (dot_depth), set to 0.1 units. - The Fused Deposition Modeling speed ($fs) and angle ($fa) have been adjusted according to optimal print settings with speeds of $fs=0.1, which will determine the final finish and quality level after a thorough 3D printing process is complete
