Didgeridoo mouthpiece mold
thingiverse
I printed a new mouthpiece for my son's didgeridoo after its original broke, so I designed a mold to cast a replacement and it turned out well enough to make him happy. To ensure smooth transitions, I set the printer to print at a layer height of 0.1 mm. To secure the pieces in place, I used rubber bands, starting with the lower ones first. Additionally, I applied a small drop of silicone oil to the mold before casting the wax, carefully wiping it in so it wouldn't interfere with the process. This new mold has an inside diameter of 26mm and an outside diameter of 54mm, perfect for creating a new mouthpiece that fits my son's didgeridoo perfectly.
