Didactic prototype conveyor belt to be programmed DC Motor
thingiverse
I built a didactic prototype conveyor belt that can be programmed as desired. I designed it for a Trainer Panel to program with Siemens S71200 PLC. I created several projects on the same prototype... and I will explain them all gradually on my website through dedicated articles and live videos of their operation. The engine used is TSUKASA ELECTRIC TG-38B-LG-20-A314 DC GEARED MOTOR 24VDC. I don't have any more information because it was bought at a second-hand market for 3 € :)). The ball bearings are model 16x6x6, and I used three M6 screws of 25mm in length for the pins. The tape has been designed to use a 45mm fabric belt. For the limit switches, I used infrared sensors for Arduino FC51; you will also find sensor supports in the kit. I included the control box, consider whether to use it or make another one. The whole design was done with Tinkercad, and it is designed to be printed without supports. For further information, please write in the comments.
