Dick Smith Digital Multimeter Stand
thingiverse
This plastic rear flap breaks off from the DVM. It's significantly tougher than the original part, boasting stronger pegs, a strap running across the top, and a 4mm thickness to the body. Precision engineering around the pegs ensures it clicks securely into place and stays that way. To enhance usability, I lengthened the body for better standing angles, added a cross-strap, and incorporated a hole to speed up printing. These modifications shouldn't compromise the flap's strength, which is mainly concentrated around the hinge pegs.
