Dichloromethane, or DCM, is an effective solution for smoothing both PLA and ABS parts. In contrast, Tetrahydrofuran, or THF, is not recommended. However, be cautious as DCM and THF are toxic and carcinogenic substances; ensure proper safety measures are taken during application.
