Update: I've made some adjustments. The initial size of 40mm seemed too small, so I swapped it out for 45mm. I also didn't like the R and 5, so I changed all those numbers. Use 45mm I built a dice shift knob for my VW Cabriolet. So far, I haven't had a chance to test it.
