Dice Shelf
prusaprinters

You need some place to show off your dice, have them in reach when in need and also give them the space they need? This is the dice shelf.

The egg shape! I was tinkering around with various shapes for slots. The task was to find a good shape for single dice slots on a tilted surface, as this is part of another project. I tried different shapes, but this was the best, you have a good resting postion but the tip of the egg gives room to grab the dice easily.

It comes in two major designs, straight and slanted. The slanted version has a 10° draft angle on the backside so you can mount it on a slanted backplate. This is meant for standalone displays for your regular shelf or if you want to present your dice on a booth for selling them.

So far I have two sizes, 7 slots and 4 slots, but I'll do more versions on request, just comment what size you need. The 7 piece version fits nicely on a MK3.

They also come in a regular version to glue them onto a surface or a screw version with holes to use screws to mount them on the wall.

The pockets fits regular and slightly larger dice. For bigger dice simply scale the model up to the size you need. For testing the size you can find a test piece here.

You can print them either flat or on the backside.
