Dice Modular Storage
thingiverse
I loved the modularity of sgnurf's original design, called "DiceMasters - Cards and Dice Modular Storage," but its dimensions just weren't big enough to accommodate all my dice. I removed the lid from the original design and tweaked it slightly, then worked with it to create two separate trays. One tray is empty inside, just like a regular box, while the other has dividers that help me organize the specific dice I need for each game. This tray also features a small gap between its dividers and the wall, which I use to hold little paper notes about spells or card reminders. The lid sports a hollow indent perfect for holding tokens or as a compact dice tray/rolling surface. Each tray can slide onto the other just like how the original lid fits on top. I'm still fine-tuning the space inside and the slider mechanism, but they seem sturdy enough for now and meet my needs for a compact modular dice organizer.
