Dice Hospital - Trimmed Pieces

Fabmaszter's design is amazing, but there appears to be a slight box difference in different regions. Just print these 2 pieces instead of the original Dice Box, Dice Dividers, and Spacer from the original. I re-created the dice box without removable panels and made it a shorter to fit in the box with the rest of the pieces. I also made a small change the to the propeller spacer for a slightly better fit.
