Dice Holder Wound Trackers
thingiverse
I'm crafting simple dice holders for using dice as wound trackers/counters in tabletop games like 40k. I've chosen standard 16 mm dice from Chessex, which include a D4, D8, D10, and D12, with the D20 being part of this set too. The D30 is actually a "D&G Jumbo 28mm" size. At present, I don't have plans to use other dice as these provide me with the best array for wounds in 40k. For those looking to track their army's progress, here's how I've mapped them out - at least for chaos forces: * D4: small HQ units like chaos lords, sorcerers, and warpsmiths * D8: larger HQ units such as terminator lords and sorcerers * D10: character HQ units like daemon princes * D12: small tanks and transports such as predators, vindicators, rhinos, and fiends * D20: larger heavy support units including defilers and land raiders * D30: titanic or lord of war units like titan knights and lords of skulls
