This is a byproduct of experimenting with new dice slot geometry. These egg shaped slots are securely holding the dice, but also grant easy access to them. As of the elongated shape, you can easily grab your dice with two fingers, no struggle to remove the dice from deep slots.

The rotary base makes it easy to turn to the dice you need, but its optional and not needed if you don't need it. It's helpful to add some antislip material underneath the base. I used EVA foam that I added with some drops of glue.

Update: Added a lightbox underneath the rotary base. Print the base and top in clear material and use cabinet lights. The box has an opening for a cable (ie. USB cable), but some cabinet lights also work with batteries. There is a version with an inner ring to hold a light up to 65mm in diameter, and a version without the ring.

Update: Added a lightbox with a center ring to hold IKEA Halvkart USB LED spotlight. I think the perfect and most affordable soultion withould soldering your own LEDs.
