Dice case
thingiverse
I needed a simple way to transport dice for myself when going to play MTG so I came up with this design. They are designed to stack on top of one another, mesh together to form a honey comb like pattern and have a locking nut on top to secure the moving dice selector for travel. There are two different styles a 4 part case and 3 part case, I find for the best finish to be the 4 part case. I have included the thread built into the bottom section for the 3 part version. The Nut needs to be printed at 102-105% in all axis's to nicely screw onto the thread. If you don't increase the Nut sizing you will strip the thread. Depending on your printer you will have to adjust it, I find 104% to be just right fit requiring a spanner or the bottom section of the dice case to tighten it on and off of the thread at least twice for a smooth motion. I have included a Test bottom hole file to test if your nut will nicely fit into the hole at 104%, I can adjust and release multiple sized Holes depending on what is required.
With this file you will be able to print Dice case with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Dice case.
