Dice carrier and tray.

A dice tray and carrier combined.  The unit is actually compatible with the tubes common among inexpensive dice (remove the cap).  These models should print nicely with no special treatment in there default position.  The hinged case is setup to print in place.I recommend printing your tubes in a transparent medium.  I used transparent PETG on my test print.As a bonus, I have included a stand for 25 tubes and a cap.(Astute viewers will notice the d4 is missing in the images.  It does fit in the tube, it was simply left out of the photo)
