Dice Box - SD Puzzle Box

This is a sequential discovery puzzle box with two internal compartments requiring 23 moves to fully solve. This is one of my most difficult pieces to print due to some extremely fine details on a few pieces (particularly the gear set). I would recommend printing the Gear, Rack & Pinion pieces (and maybe the two slider pieces) with a 0.25mm nozzle or smaller to ensure they function correctly, or upsizing the entire piece if you don't have a smaller nozzle. All pieces are designed to be printable without supports, but the Slider(C) and Core could benefit from them. However, it will be difficult to remove supports from the Core, so I would recommend trying without first if your printer is capable of handling bridging. If attempting to print Core without supports, the Core(B) model contains two thin horizontal layers (0.25mm) to allow it to print, but which most be removed before assembly. I have attached an screenshot indicating these layers. This picture is taken from my slicer software, and is sectioned at the 22.4mm layer. If using supports, the Core(Supports) model has these layers removed.Pieces marked with (C) should be printed in color, while the (B) pieces should be printed in black (or whatever color you want peeking out through the holes). The ones without a designation are not visible when fully assembled.Assembly steps:1) Clean/File all pieces - this includes removing the thin layers from the Core, and filing down various faces of the gearset (if gears don't move smoothly, printing these pieces on a slightly reduced scale might help)    a) to remove the circular layer, I recommend breaking through it with the Rod piece, then removing these parts with some pliers until the drawer slides in smoothly    b) the rectangular layer is the most difficult to remove. I generally just pull away at the bridging “threads” until I'm able to:2) Put Gear in slot in Core - check to ensure Gear rotates smoothly3) Put Pinion through - check to ensure gearset rotates smoothly4) Insert Drawer5) Attach Four6) Attach Six7) Insert Rack through hole in Six - check to ensure Pinion flat side is out8) Combine Sliders and Three and attach9) Combine One and Lid and attach10) Insert Rod through hole in Six11) Attach Two12) Combine Dot and Five and attach13) Attach StopperAs I've said, this is definitely one of my most difficult designs to print and assemble, please reach out with any questions!
