I need big dice for a project, and I found cool designs on Thingiverse. Still, none fit my needs. My custom design printed in two colors using a dual-extruder 3D printer with 1mm white dots spaced apart looks perfect. When printing single extruder jobs, the plain white model can be dressed up to match the look with a black Sharpie. To print the dice well, use ABS or PLA plastic and set infill at 20% with two or three shells on top and bottom layers only, without support structures or rafts necessary for any prints whether using one extruder for monochrome effects or both together.
