I remixed sap_joakim's prop guard to make it more robust for my needs. The new design is a bit taller, but the significant change is that it's thicker where the motor mounts are located. This upgrade has proven to be perfect on my Diatone GT R90 drone when printing in Prusa Flex (semi-hard flex material), allowing me to crash into gates without any issues. In contrast, ABS and PLA materials are too brittle for my hard-crashing style, breaking easily under impact.
