Diatone ET160 Sony Camera bracket
thingiverse
This design is primarily new, though it draws inspiration from my existing camera mount for the Nighthawk280. To ensure a secure fit within the ET160 frame, I print this mount in two pieces which are then joined together inside the frame, sandwiched between the top and bottom plates. The adjustable mount allows for a tilt of around 12-50 degrees, with adjustments made possible through finger movements between flights. Its intended use is with compact Sony Super HAD cameras, such as those from the "Foxeer XAT600M" line available at surveilazone. A crucial note to keep in mind: successful use of this mount requires adding 2mm spacers between the top and bottom plates. This spacing allows for camera tilt without any contact with the frame. The X4rSB tray, which I designed for rear bolt placement, incorporates a built-in spacer. For front bolts, I used 2mm thick plastic cut into shape with a hole drilled through it. You may need to trim interlocking nubs slightly to achieve a good fit. In addition to this mount, I've also designed a VTX for the ET25/ET200 and an X4rSB/D4rii RX tray that work well together due to shared bolt-down points. These other two parts will be available online soon.
