So... This is my solution!\r\n\r\nI wanted to prevent grass from collecting inside my Quadcopter when it lands, so I've been searching for a surround to fill the gaps, and also needed space for my Eachine TVL1000 fpv camera, which is quite large for this size quad and has a very wide angled lens. I also wanted to find a way to position the GPS outside the carbon fibre and visible to the sky.\r\n\r\nI think I've managed to succeed - now I just need to wait for an opportunity to fly. Probably the color I've printed in isn't ideal for grass stains, but it will keep the grass out of the electronics! This design may also be easier to find when crashed!\r\n\r\nI'd like to give a shout-out to MRRacequad for inspiration; he has a great design. However, for my set up, there would be too many changes to make, so I designed my own instead, using a ruler, pen, paper and Sketchup.\r\n\r\nIt's a first attempt, so 'it worked for me' but still a work in progress.
