I am excited to share my concept with you. Essentially, a semi-enclosed chamber houses the spin cloth. The diaphragm is powered by the rotation of this chamber relative to its casing. Crucially, the diaphragm doesn't fully close, allowing water extraction during operation. The spinning phase occurs as the device moves along the stem. Thank you for your consideration.
