Save money by using your own bags with this easy adapter ring and clip. Simply fold the top of the bag over the base, then clip the ring in place with the release tab facing up. Insert it into the Diaper Genie just like a regular refill. I prefer using this method to the old refill rings, which often require an elastic band to hold them in place. This system is much easier and more reliable. The bags with pull strings make it simple to put them on, as you only need to pull the strings all the way before wrapping the opening over the base.
