I derived my Diaper Bin from my Pen Holder(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:26277, itself adapted from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12707), so you can simply swap in a whole roll of plastic bags and throw out the used ones when they are full or develop an unpleasant odor . Instructions: Cut out, assemble, and attach glue to the edges connecting the sides and bottoms. The design was carefully optimized for wood since acrylic does not bend well; I built my first one using HDF but encountered slight flexibility issues that eventually led to breakage after only a couple of months due to the round corners snapping under stress while the latest version constructed from birch plywood has functioned perfectly since February without any signs of wear and tear. If your laser cutter isn't wide enough, you can make do with the "short" files - this will require cutting out two sides along with the two bottoms which should be compatible even with smaller models like my VLS 2.30 .
