I recently acquired a printer and wanted to create something unique, so I sketched out an original idea that had been floating in my mind. To my delight, the first draft turned out pretty well. Now I'm eager to go back and make some adjustments - perhaps transforming the interior component into a creature or an entirely different element. However, I'm quite pleased with how the initial version has shaped up. Print Settings Printer: Qidi X-one Rafts: No preference for rafts here. Supports: Not required in this case. Resolution: A resolution of 0.2 was chosen. Infill: 30% infill density was used. Notes: Internal support is not needed, but I recommend increasing infill and carefully examining the sliced model to ensure sufficient internal stability, especially within the central structure post. Scaling down the print can be successful, but as it gets smaller, support becomes increasingly necessary. I printed this model using glow PLA filament. The displayed version has been slightly modified from the original one; however, the uploaded version should provide a more stable result (I widened the base since I inadvertently left the raft on mine, which gave it additional stability). This print took roughly 5 hours to complete.
