Added a revised design with a bulkier casing for those who struggle with calibration issues from their printers. I've been utilizing the slender variant myself and haven't had a chance to test the plumper model yet - so if you opt for the thicker shell, please share your experience with me! To ensure smooth compatibility, I've uploaded the source files in IGES and Rhino formats; SpaceClaim was my primary modeling platform. Designed specifically for enhancing airflow around the Diamond Hotend's print surface, this printed object cooler aligns perfectly with the original shield blower STL from Thingiverse's popular design - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:720520 Update: I've now finalized the revised version as "Cooler_V3.stl." This design boasts a robust air stream aimed squarely at the print area itself, even sporting an extra 5mm clearance; yet I managed to print it sans support with satisfying results.
