This is the mounting bracket for a revolutionary 5-filament Diamond Hotend, also known as the Full Color Diamond Hotend - unlike its common 3-filament counterpart. As such, it adds CMYKW (cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white) to your color palette, or you can choose any five colors that suit your needs. https://www.reprap.me/diamond-fullcolor-hotend.html I didn't design this bracket from scratch, but I did make a significant change by removing the fan duct since it wasn't to my liking. Additionally, I added an accessory arm, which allows me to attach a 3D Z touch sensor bracket at a later time. Update: Although I still haven't received my 5-filament Diamond Hotend, I noticed that the back two heat sinks lacked sufficient freedom of movement. To address this issue, I made some adjustments to provide them with more tolerance. Update: What's the point of having a full-color Diamond Hotend if you don't have a matching color mounting bracket? So, here it is - Color-Inception style! Update: After printing this bracket, my wipe towers unfortunately failed once again. However, the colors still came out well, and extraction mostly worked as expected, resulting in fewer hairs. I will need to retract more material, and over-extrusion remains a problem that I'll tackle soon. Despite these issues, the print was successful.
