Ensure your slicer detects thin walls (I use Slic3r), or they may be missed. Printed in ABS at 230C extruder, 110C heated bed, in a sealed chamber, with 5mm brim. Paused the print right after the brim and before the first layer contours, then applied super-glue where the first layer contours were to be printed. Bed adhesion was so good it actually pulled a few shards of glass off the bed when removing. Zero warping occurred. Post-Printing Removed support materials with a small curved file, cleared the holes with a small rounded file, and sanded the flat surfaces with a sanding block. The air pipe required some effort, but I eventually got it clean. I also forgot to model a little clip on the exhaust of the fan, but a little filing fixed it easily. How I Designed This This is mostly spaghetti code in OpenSCAD. For the HCAD/* libraries check my github repository.
