Diamond Fan Duct with Lighting

I loved the Hesine Prusa i3 Fan Duct Upgrade's outlets on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1183788, but it didn't fit on my Hesine Prusa i3. I also liked the Diamond Hotend Blower Fan Mount with added LED Ring support at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:911229, although the reflection on the glass bed was a bit too much for me. Then I got a diamond hot end. So I tried to design a combination of the two from the bottom up in FreeCAD and this is my first result. I printed it in PLA with PVA as supporting material, which was the first one that worked with my diamond. Now I am waiting for some other stuff to try it out. Already I found that the light reflection on top of this thing is still a bit too much, so I think I will make a collar on top, possibly only on the front side where it matters most. And indeed I have added a design with collar (see the last pictures) plus its .stl file, but be warned: it is untried. As soon as my printer is functional again, I'll try and print it and show it. Followup: For now none of the above, unfortunately. I gave up on the diamond hot end because of the constant clogging of the tubes within the heatsinks with different PLA filaments, cleaning filament, and whatnot. My fault undoubtedly, but after many hours of declogging, I don't know what to do any more. So now I am unable to print the 2nd version, which also needs printing with support from a soluble filament, or to try out the promised tests. No progress on this work, unfortunately.
