Diamond delta magnetic Effector V3

Based on a request from a friend and my own personal experiments, I've taken another look at the diamond head design. This design is still experimental and untested, but I'm excited to share the updates with you. The new version includes: A magnetic arm configuration that matches 45mm width at the centers (check out http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:932914 for more details). V3 moves the arm stumps to the top of the effector, providing full clearance from any potential obstacles. V3a continues to have the arm mounts at 8 mm from the top, giving you flexibility in case you need to accommodate a 40mm fan or prefer to have the arms closer to the nozzle. I've refactored the fan mount to fit a 40mm fan, which is a more streamlined design compared to the previous 50mm fan mount. To give z-probe enthusiasts another chance, I've added a compatible mounting plate for a BLTouch experimental z-probe that I recently ordered. Others can easily extend this design to accommodate their own z-probe models if they wish. Unfortunately, I won't be able to print one for a few weeks as I'm rebuilding my delta for the magnetic arms.
