This is a a model of the Dialight 20mm F-Form Optic for use with Luxeon Rebel ES LEDS, likely compatible with others. Dialight does not list any cad files for these optics, which makes designing custom holders and arrays for them difficult to do quickly. This model is not 100% accurate due to the difficulty in precisely replicating the curved profile of the optic and some features, however it is very close, and provided that the printer and resin being used are properly calibrated to account for shrinkage, this model provides a great tool to form a snug fit of the dialight optics in printed components. This model should provide a good cad file part for the following Dialight optics. OP005 / OP-005 OP015 / OP-015 OP025 / OP-025 OP520 / OP-520 Step and STL files provided.
