Dial Indicator Mount for Creality Ender 3 This Dial Indicator Mount is specifically designed to attach to the stock X-gantry bracket of the Creality Ender 3 via two M3x6mm screws. The mount positions the dial indicator probe in exactly the same spot as the nozzle relative to the X-gantry bracket, using an E3D V6 clone. This feature allows users to perform mesh bed-leveling without worrying about the probe being off-center from the bed area. Once a mesh is saved, the user can disassemble the hot end and use Z-offsets to achieve perfect first-layer prints with the new mesh incorporated. ***Important Notice*** Most dial indicators come equipped with a ring mount protruding from the back of the gauge. This must be removed for use with this Dial Indicator Mount. I successfully snapped mine off using pliers without causing any damage to the dial indicator.
