I adopted Jerridge's concept for the Dial Indicator Mount Bracket, but discovered it wouldn't accommodate my dial gauge due to sizing differences, and couldn't source the needed magnets from his list of recommendations. I utilized this specific Dial Indicator: http://www.harborfreight.com/1-inch-travel-machinists-dial-indicator-623.html; meanwhile, the necessary magnets are .118" thick x 315" in diameter Neodymium magnets obtained from http://www.magnetsource.com/Consumer%20Pages/Super_Mags.html #07045; these can actually be found at a local Home Depot store. If needed to fit your gauge, CAD files are included for customization adjustments.
