Dial Indicator Holder for ROBO 3D Printer with 11mm gauge hole
thingiverse
This JFruits' Thingiverse model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:185643) inspired my design, which I modified in OpenSCAD and increased the dial gauge hole to 11mm from its original 8.75mm size. My analogue and digital gauges need a 9.50mm hole, so the model needed adjustment. I increased the size for flexibility. Three files are provided: DialIndicatorHolderforRoboRevisedIV_fixed_25.4scaled.stl, identical to JFruits' design but scaled up; DialIndicatorHolderforRoboRevisedIV-11mm.stl with a 11mm gauge hole; and DialIndicatorHolderforRoboRevisedIV_fixed_25.4scaled-10mm_hole.scad, an OpenSCAD file that loads the original design, positions it, and removes a 11mm hole. You'll need OpenSCAD and DialIndicatorHolderforRoboRevisedIV_fixed_25.4scaled.stl to customize this file by modifying the cylinder function r=5.5 (D/2).
