This is a Z dial indicator holder that fits an Emco C8 lathe and might also work for 9x18 or 9x20 Optimum lathes. No pictures are available because I sold my lathe. Clamping is done with a 30mm M6 screw. The bottom clamping plate needs to be tapped in M6x1, but it makes more sense to use a strip of suitable material and drill and tap it. The 8mm hole for the dial indicator stem may need reaming depending on your printer. If the DI ends up not snug enough there's a hole for a M4 grub screw. Standard dial indicators should clear the headstock. Parallel to the DI stem hole, there's another hole for a M6 stop screw if you use this as an endstop. Otherwise it stops against the bed wiper screws, which is not ideal. This was printed with a Wanhao i3 0.4mm nozzle 0.24 layer height ~30% infill less should be okay, three perimeters and four bottom/top layers so there's enough meat for the cut threads. The stiffer the material the better though it worked fine in ASA with no measurable flex against the DI spring.
